Anger Management Kingaroy Counselling Program

Northern Frontiers Counselling offers a four (4) session Anger Management Kingaroy Program that is private and affordable.  This program is designed to benefit people experiencing anger related problems and want to change their behaviour. Speak one-on-one from the comfort of your home or office with an experienced counsellor that will tailor the program to you and your circumstances.

Do I have an anger management problem?

If someone close to you expresses concern about your behaviour or, worse still, your partner threatens to leave you the next time you ‘lose it’… if your job is on the line because you’ve ‘gone off’ once too often…or if you’ve been charged with an anger-related offence and are now facing court, chances are you could do with a little help in managing your Anger.

But I don’t see myself as an angry person…

Anger is a perfectly normal human emotion that we all experience from time to time – and most of us are never taught how to manage our behaviour when we’re under its powerful influence. Just because you become angry, doesn’t necessarily make you a bad person – it just makes you human. ‘Trouble is, if you’re ‘losing it’ a little too often, your behaviour could be holding you back from achieving all you desire in life.

So how is the Anger Management Kingaroy Program going to help me?

Good question. What if you thought of Anger as your ever-present watchdog whose job it is to alert you to situations that are not quite right for you and need your attention? Anything could set the dog off – kids not doing as they’re told; car not starting; losing your keys; getting cut off in traffic, arguing with a loved one, or getting told off by the boss. You may not realise it at the time, but ‘losing your cool’ can have serious consequences for you and your relationships. Learning new ways to express feelings without harming yourself or others puts you in a better position to get your needs met and protect key relationships.

Help is at hand…

Northern Frontiers Mediation & Counselling offers a four (4) session Anger Management Kingaroy Program tailored to your individual needs.  Because there’s only you and the program facilitator in each session, you’re assured of a uniquely personalised service. FIFO? No worries, we’ll schedule sessions around your work/life commitments.

No referral is necessary and you can contact and confidentially book yourself.  There are also discounts available when you pre-book the entire 4 session program.

Problems arise when we don’t manage ourselves well when we’re under the influence of anger.

The way we choose to act can either help or harm us.  The human body is not designed to tolerate anger indefinitely. Letting anger-related issues go unresolved can lead to serious problems.

Northern Frontiers Anger Management Counselling Kingaroy offers phone and online video services across Australia, and receive referrals direct from individuals wanting to make a change, from criminal defence lawyers, family law solicitors, restorative justice facilitators and concerned family members (with the permission of the attendee). Participants can complete the program from the comfort and privacy of their home, and only on a one-on-one basis which ensures customisation to client needs and circumstances.

One of the functions of Anger is to alert us to situations that are not quite right for us and need our attention. Everyday life issues can trigger our Anger. The car not starting; kids not doing as they’re told; arguing with a loved one; job-hunting, inconsiderate drivers or being hit with an over-payment – any of these events may leave us feeling angry.

Are you surprised to learn that Anger is a completely normal healthy human emotion that we all experience from time to time? It’s also a very powerful emotion – and it has a purpose. If you find yourself ‘losing it’ when you become angry it doesn’t necessarily mean you have an anger management problem. If it’s happening regularly there could be an underlying issue that needs to be explored.  Our Anger Management Kingaroy Program can assist individuals who would like to undertake behavioural change with regards to their anger management.
